    Contemporary blue half morocco over marbled boards, smooth spine richly tooled in gilt within decorative compartments, gilt date at foot, gilt fillet border to the boards, comb-marbled endpapers and pastedowns, original wrappers preserved, top edge gilt, an attractive unsigned binding.

    This edition was revised and expanded by Paul-Louis Courier.

    Our copy is enhanced with 5 out-of-text figures by Legrand which have been added.
    Handsome copy beautifully executed and free from foxing.
