Bindings in chocolate-brown half morocco with corners, spines with five raised bands decorated with gilt fillets and richly ornamented double gilt compartments, gilt dates at foot, panels of marbled paper framed by double gilt fillets, comb-marbled endpapers and pastedowns, gilt edges.
