Exceedingly scarce subscription leaflet bound at the beginning of the first issue. Only five copies recorded in WorldCat (BnF, Oxford, Harvard, Yale, NYU).

    Bradel binding in full beige cloth, smooth spine, green shagreen title label, covers and spines preserved, contemporary binding.
