Je t'embrasse Caroline Martine" ["To you Carlo to whom I owe my first film... with the hope of seeing you again very very soon. I embrace you Caroline Martine"] enriched with an autograph inscription signed by Cecil Saint-Laurent: "Avec mon admiration" ["With my admiration"].
