Bradel binding in half chocolate cloth, smooth spine decorated with gilt floral motif, double gilt fillet at foot, dark green shagreen title label, marbled paper boards, bookplate pasted on endpaper leaving a shadow opposite, original wrappers preserved, contemporary binding.
Autograph inscription signed by Jean Lorrain to his friend Fernand Le Grand, a prominent figure of Fécamp society, on the half-title page which bears a printed bibliophile stamp and some foxing.
