La Décade philosophique, littéraire et politique, is a review created during the Terror regime, on April 29, 1794, by Pierre-Louis Ginguené, appearing every ten days, in a quire of 4 sheets in-8°. It ceased publication in 1807. Guinguené's editorial objective was to fill the gaps in the newspapers that appeared during the Terror and which left no room for literature and the arts. Among the contributors to the Décade, we count the author François Andrieux, the economist Jean-Baptiste Say and his brother, the bibliographers Barbier and Beuchot... The Review's articles were very extensive, agriculture, literature, sciences, travel, politics, economics...
