    Touched by the floral attention shown by his correspondent, Tancrède de Visan addresses these few words of gratitude to Joseph Tauran-Lille: "Nothing could bring me greater joy than these three hyacinths - white, pink and violet - whose tender harmonies illuminate my drawing room while perfuming it".
