Half navy blue morocco binding with corners, spine with five raised bands set with gilt dots decorated with gilt double compartments embellished with gilt typographical motifs, gilt date at foot, gilt fillets framing the marbled paper boards, marbled endpapers and pastedowns, top edge gilt, corners slightly bumped, some tears on the leading edges, contemporary binding signed by A. Knecht. Our copy, as stipulated in the justification page, is indeed complete with the duplicate suite of compositions.
