Signed autograph letter of Rosemonde Gérard who signs Rosemonde Rostand to the architect Henri Goury, written in black ink.

The poet, author and playwright sent this letter to thank his correspondent who offered his services for the construction of a house on the ground that Edmond Rostand bought on a "piece of uncultivated mountain on which a long time will rise no habitation ". She informs him nevertheless that he will not build a house on this ground, but that if they tackle one day with such a project they will give him "the preference on anyone". She compliments the architect on his "artistic intelligence" and the "safety of his taste".
