Fondateur avec Marcel Chassin du "Crapouillot", en 1916, étant dans les tranchées, transformé après 1919 en revue d'avant-garde littéraire et artistique, suspendu en 1939 par le cabinet Daladier, reparu en 1949 et vendu en 1965 à Jean-Jacques Pauvert. A aussi collaboré au "Canard enchaîné", au "Merle blanc", à "La Flèche" et à "Aujourd'hui"
