En 1956, expose lors du Xe CIAM les principes d'une architecture modulable et autoplannifiée, assurant la « mobilité sociale ». - En 1958, s’installe en France et fonde le Groupe d'Études d'Architecture Mobile (1958-62). Naturalisé français en 1966.
