Second edition of Barbès's text, partly first edition as it is here augmented by a letter from Louis Blanc, published a few weeks after Barbès and Louis Blanc were sentenced to deportation by the High Court of Bourges for their role in the events of 15 May 1848. The first edition of Barbès's text had been published in Paris by Bry aîné.
