Half chocolate-colored sheep binding, smooth spine decorated with gilt fillets and dots showing traces of rubbing, marbled paper boards, edges and corners slightly bumped, pink paper endpapers and pastedowns, contemporary binding. Pale corner dampstains affecting the first few and last pages, some foxing.

Full tawny calf binding, smooth spine elegantly decorated with gilt typographical motifs, olive morocco title-label, two slight lacks to joints, two corners restored, gilt fillets on edges.
A few rare small foxing spots affecting mainly the title and half-title pages.
