    Full red morocco binding, spine slightly faded with four raised bands, gilt roulettes on headcaps, front cover decorated with a geometric design of mosaic morocco pieces in turquoise, brown, navy blue and brown surrounded by gilt dots, burgundy watered silk endpapers and pastedowns, gilt fillet frame on pastedowns, top edge gilt, gilt fillet on edges, covers and spine preserved, binding signed Trinckel.
    The work includes, as stated in the edition justification, the duplicate suite on China paper of the illustrations.
