Ecrivain algérien d'expression française. Poète, dramaturge, nouvelliste. Il participa le 19 mai 1956 à la grève des étudiants algériens et fut arrêté, torturé et incarcéré par l'armée coloniale en 1957. Né à Sour el-Ghozlane.
