Original drawing in blue ink, signed by Carlo Rim depicting a female silhouette in blue dots whose body, underlined in orange felt-tip pen, forms a lamp. The drawing, titled Lampe-mère 1900, is inscribed by Carlo Rim to a friend named Monique in the lower left corner of the sheet. Carlo Rim was a Provençal writer, author of "Ma belle Marseille", a caricaturist, a filmmaker and was notably the friend of Fernandel, Raimu and Marcel Pagnol but also of Max Jacob and André Salmon whom he met in Sanary.
