Full black cloth binding, smooth spine decorated with gilt arabesques, joints cracked at head and foot, sextuple fillet stamped in blind framing the boards, title and vignette representing an allegory of victory accompanied by a cherub stamped in gilt at the center of the front board, corners very slightly bumped, yellow paper pastedowns and endpapers, publisher's binding.
