Autograph letter signed by the poet André Frénaud addressed to Georges Raillard, dated December 12, 1962. 16 lines written in blue pen on letterhead of the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Tourism. Enclosed, an envelope addressed to the recipient. Frénaud sends him warm thanks for a study that Raillard published on his poetry. Raillard, a specialist in Spanish painters Tapies and Miro, was also a literary critic and wrote important books on Aragon, Henri Bosco, Claude Simon and Michel Butor, as well as articles on Robert Pinget, Jean Echenoz and Pascal Quignard.
