BUNUEL Luis Autograph Personal Identity Card

Luis Buñuel's personal identification card in which he has written out in hand the various details concerning : name, address, telephone number, employer's name and social security number, as well as his sex, age, height and weight, the color of his eyes and hair. Buñuel's thumbprint to left-hand side of the card.
The author filled in this card, which one could find when purchasing a wallet, while he was living in Hollywood and working for Warner Bros, a year before leaving for Mexico.
