Une page d'antho-entomologie[A Page of Antho-Entomology]
This first edition is printed on the right half of each page in an unbroken single column, with the top and bottom margins omitted. The left half, from the first to the last page, is occupied by the contribution of the painter and graphic artist Jean Cortot, in lithography.
The work is presented in the publisher’s board binding, each cover made of three laminated layers of corrugated cardboard, with the upper cover and spine printed; the slipcase is of the same type.
At the end of the volume, a small Limoges ceramic in colour, composed by Jean Cortot, is embedded in the board and protected by a small glass window.
A rare and appealing copy.
Inscribed, dated and signed by Jean Cortot to Nicolas Bocquet.
