Dear Sirs,
apologies for writing in English - my French writing skills a unfortunately too embarrasing.
I came across your "L'Enigme" pages (https://www.edition-originale.com/fr/la-gazette-actualites/une-ecriture-hermetique-239) and saw the inscription by Martin Heidegger. It says: "Herrn Oberregierungsrat Bröse mit hrzl. Gruß M. H. Freiburg April 48"
"Hrzl." is an abbreviation for "Herzlich", meaning "cordialement".
Siegfried Bröse was a student and later a friend of Heidegger - some more details on him can be found on the German wikipedia here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siegfried_Br%C3%B6se
With kind regards
T. L.
