Galerie Vero Dodat, Paris 1837, In-folio (25,5x35,5cm), relié.

Rare complete suite of 21 lithographs, including all 18 engravings of the Maris Vengés, including 3 in two states (the second state in color), the third with two different color prints. In all, 8 hand-colored lithographs.
In order to assemble this complete collection, the collector included the ones that appeared only in the Charivari, the nos. 13, 14 and 16. All engravings are at the same address "Chez Aubert, Galerie Vero Dodat" and numbered from 1 to 18 (except for one hand-numbered, and the last one unnumbered).
Modern half cloth boards in the style of a contemporary binding, elaborately decorated in blind. Gilt title on the spine and on the top cover. 8 engravings mounted on a sheet matching the size of the largest engravings in sheets. No. 1 and No. 4 browned, the others very fresh on strong paper, except for those from the Charivari.
