Comedies of Plautus, translated into French by Le Fevre miss, with remarks and a review under the rules of theater. New edition. Illustrated two headpieces. Misses the third frontispiece of Volume III replaced with a blank sheet. Full Sheepskin brown vintage. Back tooled raised. Title unreadable. Back rubbed and cracked. Good editing and translation of the estimated three comedies of Plautus (The host, The Rudens, The epidicus) with copious notes and comments at the end of each piece and a consequent preface. Anne Le Fèvre Dacier had published many editions of Greek authors and was an authority on the subject, even if the female condition did not allow him to achieve the fame of her husband. --- Please note that the translation in english is done automatically, we apologize if the formulas are inaccurate.
