Bound in full morocco cherry, smooth spine slightly discolored with a gold cartridge complete with romantic golden arabesques, golden wheels on the headdresses, slightly split bit head, framing a set of gilded nets quadruple and cold on boards enriched with gilt spandrels typograpiques motifs, golden central cartouche-shaped lobed enriched angles romantic gilded irons, framing a golden lace on contreplats, guards and contreplats white watered silk, double nets gilded on the cuts, all slices golden, some minor scratches on the cuts, elegant romantic contemporary binding signed by Lawrence.
Our copy is complete his map of the Ile-de-France by Dyonnet and two portraits called "English".
The title is in second draw to the address of 49 rue de Richelieu, the portrait of the "Good Woman" is not set on page 418.
Some minor foxing.
