Fourth edition produced by Lodoycus Tiletanus for the first text; this edition has been shared between multiple printers and booksellers in Paris. Brand of printer in the title page. Initials. Colophon: Parisiis, Excudebat Iohannes Lodoycus Tiletanus. MD XXXIX. Not listed in Adams. Edition found several times in the British Library catalog but in different printers. The second book seems to have appeared for the first time in 1532. Magnificent title page woodcut, with the brand of the printer Claude Chevallon Christ in glory and a Nativity with the Virgin Mary and the Magi, symbolic images depicting the position of the widow of Claude Chevallon. Initials. We do not find this edition in English catalogs; a copy of the BNF to the date of 1536 in Gilles de Gourmont. Full brown sheepskin eighteenth. Back to six nerves adorned boxes, arabesques and small florets golden. Cuts and caps highlighted with golden roulette. All slices speckled red. A small loss in the second joint and a flat sections. Scuffs. A few small wormholes. Numerous handwritten notes on the texts, which were trimmed at the time the work was connected again in the eighteenth century. Scriptural writings of Dionysius the Carthusian were published in 1530 and include 14 books, two books that we offer concern two fundamental texts of the Bible: Psalms of David and the four Gospels, two sets, one of the Old will, the second New, quite emblematic reading by the Catholic Church of the Church of Christ. These comments, made authority upon publication (Denys died in 1471) because they bring together all the opinions of the church fathers and theologians of his time.
