Part of title and volume number in brown morocco. Threadbare heads and tails partly frayed. Mors partly split, with small gaps. Very blunt corners. Touted as the translation of a Greek romance of the time of Marcus Aurelius, this long and curious novel depicts an Egyptian prince performing after his ascension in his own country, a tour of Africa.
