Physiocratic seminal work of theses in economics, in which the author advocates greater use of agriculture. He developed many theories on population and trade, and finance and covers many areas, the use of settlements, the tobacco trade, the state of the clergy, noting that the laws in France and limit its extension its prosperity, that household taxes must be alleviated; all is not without many provocations, such as the use of church members as laborers, serving the cities beggars forcing them to work in agriculture, etc. Angel Goudar portrays a nation mired in tradition and unsuitable laws, bringing to every problem a simple solution. This is not the work of a philosopher or a thinker, but a pragmatic, applying common sense wherever he sees fit.
