Edition, printing Elsevier. 4 title pages to the sphere including two Embassy in Switzerland.
Full sheepskin brown speckled time. Back tooled raised. Part of title and volume number in brown morocco, ornate wheels. A slight lack the bit at the top of each volume. Good copy.
Important diplomatic relations man who was a nobleman and a great military on the case of the Valetine to Spain and Switzerland, and that the proposed sister of the King and the Prince of Wales in England marriage.
